I'd like to try doing a pita bread using Chia Flour. Also, maybe substitute macadamia nut oil for the olive oil, and use generous amounts of black cumin seeds (ala naan). For the sugar.. I'd like to use stevia but I'm not sure if the yeast will work with it. Is my Frankenstein pita idea half baked?
@dataq0111 She is a professional model. All of her techniques are flawed. I just got done watching the tahini video and if you grasped a knife the way she demonstrated, you are guaranteed to cut yourself. The long nails and the large ring are not helping either.
Luckily the procedure is accurate and the steps are clearly explained.
Just made these tonight and they were perfect. Thanks for the great recipe!
