To be honest, Who cares? Most people aren't going to look 100% into the animation time frames and syncs just because one person doesn't like it and reckons his opinion is based on slow frames, Naruto does that ALL THE TIME and its one of the most famous anime's in the world, frankly its kind of sad to look that far into it, how about actually trying to enjoy it like thousands of people and Megaman fans are worldwide?
