I'm not sure where you're from but my guess is its not in the rural south east.
This is pretty typical. When the first thing they say is "ya'll got dope in here" you have a problem.

You make an excellent point in saying that the police may legally lie to you. Although this tears at our basic understanding of integrity, it is still legally permissible.

I am aware that police are allowed to lie to you to obtain your consent about something. However, how would this work?
Cop: *lies to attempt to obtain consent*
Me: You have my consent only if you were not just lying to me.
Would they then have to admit the lie or could they lie again by saying they were telling the truth and then play it as if I gave my consent?

And, I suppose this is just my opinion, but an officer who would simply watch a fight and not break it up, would NOT be a good officer, and should not be on the force at all.

To protect and serve - is there no one to protect in that fight? Is it not illegal to fight? It is, therefore, they would be ignoring a crime in progress, and would be breaking the rules.

A "bad" police officer is a very subjective term.
For example what if a police officer break up a fight and in the process uses excessive force... is he a bad police officer.
What if another police officer simply sat at the coffee shop and did nothing.. to break up the fight he didn't break any rules yet would be still be a good police officer.
A bad police officer is no necessary one who dosent follow the rules

"Hot" for women is completely subjective - A "Bad" Police officer is not following the rules - Point Blank. Its not the same at all!
Unless of course, your to say that Tim doesn't think beating up black people is bad, so that cop is only subjective bad, because Tim likes him!?!
