Shes a Girl and He is a boy, chapter one

"Mom, Mommy!" A little girl shouted when running into her mothers room. Her mother didn't move in the bed. "Mommy, Get up!" The young girl said walking over to her moms
bed. The girl gently pished her mother but she still didn't move. "Mommy..." The young girl murmured tearing up. "PLEASE GET UP MOMMY!" The girls pale green eyes
changed colours to a dark blue. Tears started rolling gently down her face. The only child only had her mother, her father had died in a car accident, her grandparents had
all passed away, and her parents were as well the only children in there families. The young girl ran downstairs and called the only people she could think of.


"Leah don't worry we will be over as soon as possible. Just hold on tight and I will be over okay?" The women on the other line said, then hung up. Leah stood still for a second
wondering if her mother would be okay. She walked out to the front yard and sat down on the grass. Tears spilled out of her eyes and rolled soflty down her porcelain coloured
cheeks. The eight year olds wavy,red, locks ran over her shoulders as her muffled sobs grew louder. Leah knew her mother wasn't okay. She knew she wouldn't wake up
from her sleep this time. "Leah?" A familiar voice asked before running over.


Leak looked up to see her mothers friend, the one she called, coming over and bending down to pick her up. Leah felt so much more protected in her arms. She wrapped her
arms around Anna's neck and cried harder. Anna's husband Pete went into the house and called the police, and ambulance. Anna and Pete packed Leah's clothing and
shoes. They then took Leah and took her home with them.


Seven years later, Leah is fifteen and had grown into her long legs and had gotten tons of freckles. She now stood at 5'4 and livedwith Pete and Anna. They had gotten legal
adoption papers over Leah.

"Leah sweetie could you come down here?" Anna called up to Leah, who was listening to her ipod in her bedroom. Anna rolled her blue eues and went to get Leah from her
room. "Leah, Pete and I have to talk to you about something important downstairs." Anna told her sternly, once Leah had turned off her ipod. Leah smiled up at her and
followed her downstairs.


"Okay honestly if your putting me through more therapy I will literally HATE you guys!" Leah teased. Anna smiled and shook her head no. "WERE MOVING TO LA!" Anna
said excited. "Oh my god. Really? AHHHHH! When?" Leah screamed jumping up and down. "Next week go get packing girl!" Anna said pushing Leah back up to her room.

"Anna when do you suppose your going tell her shes moving to LA alone?" Pete asked. "Ohh I don't know... Shes going to be so upset!" Anna replied confused. "Well I'm sure
that Kevins boys will help her her around, after all they are around her age!" Pete said trying to comfort Anna.

*The next 6 day go by eventless, but Anna has yet to tell Leah she is moving to LA alone. Now it is the day Leah is leaving. On the car ride there.*

"Leah your moving to LA alone Pete and I aren't going." Anna said finally letting it out of her system. "WHAT? Im moving to LA ALONE? I don't know anybody there!" Leah
barked at her. "Leah don't worry. There are three very nice boys, who are meeting you at the airport. Here is there number, and your going to live with them and there
parents. But Leah you have to go now, were hear." Anna said as Pete stopped the car. Leah grabbed her bags, and glared at them. "CAN'T I ATLEAST KNOW THERE
NAMES?" Leah shouted as they drove away.
