Robert, thanks for posting these teachings.

Sogyal Rinpoche is a great master and it is too good he is approaching Westerns as well. The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying is a very very precious reading and I do recommend to all who like his teachings.

thats one superb book!

See i had some of those experiences of sometimes looking at, say, a bird flying across the sky and suddenly feelign great peace because the view is so beautiful. He mentioned something similar in his book. And that unfortunately if we bring it up, people might think we are a little wierd! So we dont bring these things up to others. I.e. when we feel this great peace we keep it secret.

Anyway that book is one of the best spiritual books (in my opinion)
