A. Palestine no longer exists. Palestine was finally liberated from the English by my people, the Jewish people, on May 15th, 1948. At that point, it became (legally known) as Israel, the land of the Jewish people.

B. If you want to start making claims about a "Palestine" with a "Palestinian" "people", then go ahead and refer to me a "Palestinian" - my grandfather - a Jew - came to Australia from then Palestine in the 1920's with the word "Palestinian" stamped on his passport.
