Thanks for posting this! All the other recipes I saw on youtube were of the thicker, softer variety. This is exactly what I was looking for. Going to try it as soon as I get home.

They are just as good, for sure. But you will gobble them up so fast you will wonder if they are worth the trouble!

grazi. very helpful -- i messed it up doing it just from the web recipe (didn't mill it through all the settings of the pasta machine, and hence couldn't get it to roll out well), so i think this vid has got me on the right track.
