What about if ur trying to get to sleep how do u distract ur mind then? Im not gona staart drawing or something like that cause i will be tierd in the morning.

If you're still having trouble sleeping after challenging a worry, then you want to do something boring.....preferably in a darkened room. Anything stimulating can keep you up longer. That's why reading a good book isn't a good idea because you may be tempted to read just one more chapter. Check out my insomnia video because I cover several sleep strategies in that class.

No problem :-) You had a good question that I'm sure many other people had, too! I was thinking about your question today too - and I do think that drawing would be a good wind down activity in the evening (as opposed to something boring to do when you can't sleep). Hope you're sleeping well soon.
