Where does this stand today? The case worker sent my niece to therapy stating they suffer from abandonment vs the molestation. We are trying very hard to get them back! My sister has fallen now and uneployed all at fault of the states stupid employee and stress of the unethical state employee. I wrote and wrote and wrote to these people with never a reply!!!

The child you see above was molested as well as her sister of a 15 year old in the foster home. She was returned to us and was acting very badly as a result untill we found out what happened. The case worker broke the law of not reporting the crime!!! the other children were briefly taken out of the home. Non the less the CRIMINAL CRIME WAS NOT REPORTED!!!

At this point a new gardian ad litem was appointed, she didn't know the case asked the judge for child services help in reuniting mother and child. The case worker read the file and thought everything was true. So she took the girls from my younger sisters care within the family program and crammed them into a foster home of 13 kids. ages ranging from 3 months to 16 years.

After an hour or so past the stepfather and half sister show up with the cops claiming we were kidnaping the girls. They held a custody order stating my sister abandoned them. That she had no utilities and could not care for the children. TOTAL LIES!!!! After dealing with a guardian ad litem who would not let us speak to the judge, we didnt see or hear from them for months. Finally the step father and half sister gave up when a judge ordered us visitation for christmas, they said to come getthem

So here's the story. This little girl and her sister lived with their single mother because their father was a druggy who would never settle down to be a dad. At age 27 he vandalized a school bus and defecated on it. his step dad and half sister asked to see them for the first time in 08 since they were born. My sister agreed to let them stay for 2 weeks. She had a letter notarized stating no different then one you sign at a daycare. After the two weeks, we picked Chelsea and her sister up.

This little girl has been through alot, cant you see it in her eyes! Shes 8 years old. I would like to show her this one day so please be nice in your comments.
