Holy shit. That didn't even sound like guitar playing. A few suggestions:
1. Back in the 1200's or something they invented something called a metronome. They are very cheap, go buy one...
2. Loosen up your strumming arm a little bit so you can actually strum in a timely manner and it wont just sound like you're trying to pull the strings off the guitar with each strum
