Love Sabbath, love Tony Martin and I fucking love The Eternal Idol. Thanks man.
-
Anyone with knowledge of the original recordings and half an ear for music can hear the slight phrasing/inflection differences which prove beyond doubt there is NO playback here.
-
I didn't think Tony Martin could sing still so well!!!!! It might have been a nice show!
-
Não acredito que perdi isso....
Tony Martin the best Sabbath singer!!!!
-
He has taken the vocal track, pitched it down a bit and mixed it with the live vocals in the -not so difficult parts.
-
@dikeroc It's not ALBUM perfect here, but Tony Martin can still sing I believe, and no one else is trying like he did with Eternal Idol. I was floored by that album

Tony doesn't look like a guy possessing such an underrated ROCK vocal, but he deserves much praise, certainly more then he's gotten. He's one of the best rock singers, Just listen to his recordings over and over to confirm
-
Guys I've seen him live. It's the lamest playback ever. The guy can't hit a note!
-
tony martin said in a interview that he does a little bit of backing for harder parts like the aha aha parts thats why when he stops it continues. BUT THIS IS HIM SINGING
Dude, this is not playback.
Tony Martin was planning to Tour the USA and Canada, sadly the Tour was cancelled, but here you can listen to his real voice live.
He clearly worked hard on putting his voice on the top condition for that cancelled tour. Sadly the musicians are not from his band (except for Geoff Nicholls), I wonder how would it sound with the complete Tony Martin Band.
I hope there will be more albums, tours and concerts for Tony Martin, he truly deserves some commercial success.

This is not just some old songs!
This is the first recorded live version of Lost Forever!
This is the resurrection of Born to Lose after 1987!
This is history!
God bless you
