@Ozlanthos The larger truth is that we are all victims in this war. It is a war we fight amongst ourselves against ourselves, and the only way out of it is to collectively gather our resolve and target it against those who'd have us continue to fight one another. It isn't the street cop, It starts with your state's governor, Congressional representatives, and Senators and goes all the way up to our president!!!

@Ozlanthos but there is a reason for it, it is to keep the blacks and latinos pointing their fingers at whites as though all whites are part of the decision to target them. Truth be known, in areas where there are not many poor blacks, poor whites are the targeted minority. That way when they talk about it, they generally talk about it in a vocabulary that is class-based. This offends those of higher class, and makes it easier for them to dismiss what the "poor" say.

@adm1ackbar I agree! But what you must understand is that it isn't real. There is no race card but the one we play against ourselves. This is actually a strategy meant to keep the resolve of the people divided. As long as the blacks consider it a racial issue, the whites will consider it a racial issue because the blacks use a racially-based vocabulary when conversing about it. It is true that blacks and latinos are targeted more often than whites for harassment by the cops.

@wlchambers I think this is the problem of perspective that we all tend to fall into guilt for over one subject or another...It's not up to them to legalize shit. It is up to US TO LEGALIZE IT! WE SAY WHAT IS TO BE LEGAL IN THIS COUNTRY, NOT "THEM"! If a them exists, it is because we allow someone to become them. As long as we allow a "them" to rule, they will rule in ways that one group of US finds unfair if not criminal! Remember that this country was started as being "WE THE PEOPLE"!
