Lady, your just repeating what they, pre-paid legal, tells you. Use your brain. Its so obvious they are a scam. No I don't want to sell to my family and friends, no I don't want to go to strangers homes to do presentations, No I don't want to do presentations in Starbucks, Restaurants, or Diners, No No No! Wise up lady. Talk about the kick backs should someone under you leave the company meaning you have to pay the money you made BACK!! The coverage is "Limited" Too! Your Misinformed Lady

@jamesythegreat the video is about whether or not they are a scam, not whether or not you like their terms of service.

If people are making money and they are covering what they say they are, then they are not a scam. I don't like the fact that when I cancelled dish network, they were still able to go into my bank account and take out and withdraw the early termination fee without my permission. It makes their company shitty, but it does not make them a "scam". Use YOUR BRAIN sir.

@WizardWor Well, I asked for state-level investigations and I found them. You may think I was foolish for not purchasing legal insurance from a company that couldn't defend itself against lawsuits from the states of Wyoming and Missouri but I'd say it was the wisest decision I've ever made.

Best suited to the lower echelon of the community who will most likely end up in a legal situation from breaking the law, not paying debts, associating with low-lifes, etc etc.

For the rest of us we will never appear in court or have any legal proceedings.

If you have a legal matter, who will you be calling at 3:00 am in the morning? Or better jet; what if you were faced with a legal situation, I would bet - you in order to bash Legal Shield, would grab for the phone-book and close your eyes and hope for the best! @jamesythegreat Let me just tell you what I have experienced with this company since 1997. I have seen dozens and dozens of members who have signed up, and have saved a lot of money.Plus they had their rights protected.It is not all perfect, but along with this being the only job I need, I have seen many people benefit. I am involved in helping companies with Legal Shield, and sometimes people confuse this aspect of the business with MLM, which is not true.So Send me your resume.

@BearSeason LOL Pyramid Schemes are ILLEGAL and with Legalshield there is monthly revenue with the memberships sold. You don't just make the money once and be done with it. Hell I worked for Petsmart and a vet clinic and that is technically a 'pyramid scheme' as your working for someone else while they make all the money. duh. I no longer make money for a 'boss' because I am my own boss

@enapay25 (3) I gotta a buddy that is trapped in it too. He told me the company tried to charge him back for clients the company eventually lost siting he somehow owed them money? Get Real Lady! Lawyers on retainer? LOL, more like some struggling lawyer working out of a lunch box. I was almost there myself until I realized the many lies the company withholds from ya and I vowed to make it right. If you feel great selling this stuff, be my guest, but please tell the specified truth of service.

@enapay25 (2) PrePaid Legal or Legal Sheild...whatever they call themselves...don't they use the whole Sell to your Friends, Family, and Friends of Friends First thing? They say it's to make you more comfortable to sell to strangers..LoL..what a load a crap..soon you'll run out of people and all that will remain is YOU searching for a REAL job. And if one of your FRIEND/FAMILY gets more clients than you..You Stop making money off them each month..If your gonna speak lady Speak The Truth!

@enapay25 Lets see, where to begin. I built my own design and sporting at home business and was then able to buy two houses in Vermont with a combined acreage of 126. Have no horses but plenty of dogs and friends who vacation up there. Also have a Condo in the City and office space to boot. Plenty of companies are set up on the NYSE, does this mean there all honest? Pre-Paid/Legal Sheild IS in FACT a SCAM. I know someone's gonna be riding her horses to the unemployment line pretty soon.

If it was a scam why would it be around after 40yrs, be BBB accredited, and on the top ten best business's on the NYSE????? Use your brain and do your research. I have been a Legalsheild associate and member for 2yrs now and I was able to quit my jobs, focus on my 12 horses I own and live on 32 acres in california. AND i do this all on my own thanks to Legalsheild, what do you do for a living?
