You messed up some parts. LA shouldn't move because it is such a huge city it can support a team despite being in the south, not to mention it is a historic NHL team.
North Dakota and Salt Lake could not support an NHL team. Change them to Wisconsin and London

keep the teams in southern california there doing fine but edmonton has a smaller arena thats why there 19th and also theyve sold out every game for probably atleast 3 years southern california doesn't compare to canada not even in the same league
