My Chef Gregs gooey Spinach and Artichoke Dip! Yum-O!

Very simple to make! Just mix everything together and bake!
For just a spinach dip, simply leave out the artichoke.

Perfect dip for a hot summer day, or a cold winter night!

  • this looks sooooo good!!!!!!! i cant wait to make this. thanks =)

  • @ster0918 ^_^ Hope you take a picture and share! Enjoy!

  • this looks so good! My dillema is I do not like parm or cream cheese..soooo what wouls you recommed in place and yes I do know that changing those 2 things will not make it the same just curious as to what else would be good

  • @cheris34 I know you dont like it, but you reallly cant take it! lol the garlic and the spinach gives it most of the taste. But if you REALLY cant do it, I guess just add extra sour cream, Ive even seen people add mayo to it. And of course any sort of cheese can replace parm. Ricotta, feta, more mozzarella, the list continues.

  • @MyChefGreg lmbo, yeah i saw them when i was a kid, my dad would stuff them with some breeadcrumb stuffing mix... each leaf! then you picked off a leaf and scraped the stuffing and leaf contents off, not eating the actual leaf... they were so good... just havent had one since i was like 10... me and pebbles flintstone would eat them together... lol
