@Dejman13 The tempo is marked "Tempo de Bourgeois" and the US Marine Band under Col Bourgeois comes in at 5:07 (Uncommon Valor CD). On this video, the music starts at 00:10 and ends at 5:08 making it 4:58. In my opinion, to go faster than this would do a disservice to the music, making it feel rushed and frenzied. I'm sure if Robert Jager had wanted it faster, the Marine Band could have played it faster.
