Please dont do it with braces on. When you get the braces of, you will have yellow spots where the braces sat and the whitening couldn't get through. :-)

So the stuff you recommended arrived. So excited to try this out. :) I think I held my whitening trays in the hot water a little too long but they should be okay. Word of advice to anyone reading 10 seconds is enough, don't wait 15 :) anyway...i'll let you know how it goes. :)
