@laurag333 there is nothing keeping anyone from celebrating kwanzaa.
this is the time of winter soltice, the rebirth of light, there is no reason why you cant create some new ritual/event based on your cultures to share with friends and family so your whole community can relate and share.

i'm half mexican, native american, and white european. (french, irish, etc) but I think Christmas is mostly for family and materialism, which is the opposite of god. (that's what i think.) so anyway, would it be weird for me to seriously want to celebrate kwanzaa? i like what it's about., celebrating culture. i don't think it's rascist at all. :)
