  • thanks..I had a tape tear on me , that which I just shoot footage..I use to tape up film in film school the old school way.. and when I saw your video it reminded me how to do this and it all came back.. fixed it and feels good to save that footage..thanks..

  • @NewChannels I'm with you. They are a bit of a pain :-)

  • I hate the VHS, MiniDV & 8 Track Tape.. What a Nightmare! ;')

  • The reassembly I found misleading. It works much better if you put the reels in the smaller of the two cassette casing parts. Then get all the parts into that side and align the pivots on the tape protector flange on the larger part with the curved grooves on the smaller part.

  • @jakebamsk8er Not sure what you are asking. Sounds like your tape is in fairly good condition.
