Special! IND R46 & Now R68 (G) train at Broadway

(G) | Court Square, Queens and Church Avenue, Brooklyn

SPECIAL! (G) is NOW on the R68s! So far just two is running. Once the summer comes in, the (G) will become ether 100% R68 or half R46 and R68/A.

The R68/As are being pulled off slowly from the (N), which will possabily make it 100% R160 in the future with the (Q). Still too early to tell!

With these changes, the new home of the (G) will likely be Coney Island instead of Jamaica. (YARD NOT STATIONS) More info coming soon when found!

That's great to see the R68's on the G. Now put them back on the Q.

@LIRR175 R68s from the B go to the G, its R46s will go on the R and F, some Jamaica R160s will go to Coney Island for the N, and the few R68As there will go on the B.

@myvidios1 hey just wondering....will all the F trains be getting the R46s back? I was in the Subway on Thursday and I saw one F Train returning with an R46. Honestly Im not a huge fan of the R160s. I have always loved the R46s. I also heard they are doing that because a lot of people are getting the E and F R160s confused. And the R68s are really ugly. But the F should be R46s. That's what I really think.

no the B r68s are going to the G, the Gs r46 are going to the F and the Fs r160s are going to the B.

I am very happy that a few R-68A's and R-68 Subway Cars were returned back to the Q Brighton Line Trains and having rode on both versions today. They should definitely keep it these way to complement the R-160s on the Q Line just as some of the R-46s were returned to the F Line to complement their R-160s as well.

@bebo2good1 F's now use R46. There was a swap with the D,F and G rolling stock.G's would use the newer R68.The F now runs with R46 and R160.The D just has less R68S
