Love Damien Rice, I'm into loads of different music and never thought I'd be into folk music lol. Great music, nice to hear something upbeat, interesting and (a touch of rebelliousness) from an artist that seems troubled irl. I felt a real affinity to Damien in 0, and 9 impressed me just as much, I'm really glad that he made it, in some way. Glad to see he's still him and hasn't been washed out by fame, that he still writes from the heart and imaginatively.

Each has own personality. I may be an asshole to somebody but also may be nice to others. You can't judge him here unless he killed people.

And you guys shouldn't fight about fact whether he is or he isn't an asshole. He's an artist, he makes good music and that's important I think. His personality is his own thing and we shouldn't judge him.

i think that people only assume he's rude because they really don't understand him. listen to his music, look up the meanings. you'll find out that he is actually troubled in his mind. like maybe so many bad things have happened to him and he's just learned to approach people a different way then normal. so actually get to know a person b4 you judge them
