  • how does this stand up to a schecter?

  • @chaplin270 Depends on the schecter model. Schecter always conveyed a more metal attitude. I consider this guitar to inspire a more rock sound akin to a gibson or epiphone. I hope this helps. Thanks for asking!

  • @chaplin270 with a proper set-up (like nearly any guitar would need for drop A tuning) it would play just fine and just like schecter. This is not only a thick distortion guitar but also a physically heavy guitar.

  • @keigazerock Yes, this is generally a rock guitar.

  • I'm getting one of these but it's got a Black crackle effect instead of blue (shown). Looks awesome :D

  • The Crackle Effect Came from the Early Jackson Guitar's back in the 80's i have a Jackson Crackle Effect .If you have a Jackson Charvels with the Effect it is very rare now .I have 2 Jackson Charvels 1 with the effect 1 without.
