Hanging water bottle and water bottles themselves are not good for hedgehogs, their natural drinking position is to bend down to drink as they do in the wild, having to strech thier head up can hurt their neck musles. But anyways good vid :)

The nature position to drink is down as it is for all animals. But the chances of drinking from a water bowl which has bedding kicked in it or worse is greater than a strained neck muscle. Unless you can check empty, clean and refill the water dish around the clock there is a high chance of giardia.
