  • Thanks for the video however one note, my 2002 Ford Explorer 4.0 SOHC required a 13 metric vs. the 5/8.

  • @ahmaddinejungilvez That's interesting. The cologne V6 is made in Germany and in the U.S. I wonder if yours is one of the German ones. Or it might be a difference between the normal and the Flex Fuel.

  • complete waste of money on the oil for that car. nice video . your engine will outlast the frame now

  • @speedmagnet24 I live in Arizona. We don't have rust here. With good care this car will last until my kids thoroughly trash the interior. :) Also, if you're a Costco member, they have a coupon every ~6 months on that oil. On sale it's only about a dollar to a dollar fifty more expensive than a decent non-synthetic oil.

  • Very good, thank you. If you could move the camera down a little so we can see the complete job that would be a a lot better. You used synthetic oil, is it 5W-30 or 5W-40?

  • @WOMBTIDE I'll keep that in mind for the future. I'm afraid I'm more of a mechanic than a Mr. DeMille, so I'm spending a lot of time learning how best to film this sort of stuff, particularly when it comes to tight spaces.
