Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Bo Xilai, Jia Qinglin and Wu Guangzheng have been indicted for genocide against Falun Gong by the national court of law of spain, and have 4-6 weeks to reply to rogatory letters, lest an international arrest warrant be issued.

If a court of law has enough evidence to validate charges of genocide against these communist leaders, I would say the evidence of this genocide is quite substantial. So the existence of the persecution and genocide is basically a fact now.

first of all quit making stuff up, no mainstream media has reported on this so you are lying, second of all what is the national court of Spain, it's spain's National court not international so they have no power. Third, how can they commit genocide against they own ethnic group that is absurd. Whether you like it or not the CCP is tide with the economic growth of the country, so they are needed until the country is developed. FLG contributes nothing to China, while it bends over for America.

Also, I absolute do not like Jiang Zemin, many from his gang has been arrested for corruption even his son was arrested, but I disappointed that the Chinese government did not have to guts to arrest Jiang himself. So, don't tell me trying to defend these people, I am just calling things as I see them.

Dont you understand that human rights are universal? There is no law jurisdiction for arresting criminals for violating human rights. Its not "Chinas affair" its a human rights affair. Rawandan military officers have also been indicted by the spain national court.

You think im making it up? Fine, believe what you want. Im tired of this. Some people just dont want to understand. Good luck living with thousands of deaths on your conscience for defending a murderous regime, talk about patriotic...

The whole Rwanda genocide is a result of French colonialism and American political puppetry of the region, you are right, human rights should be universal, but the very nations that champion for it is also the source of some of the worst abuses. Chinese people inside China are capable to handle their own problems, if 1.3 billion people wants change they will get it. Foreign countries should solve their own problems, especially America, few countries have ended up well where they have been.

And I also love that FLG is basing it self inside the country of a regime where it's doing it's most to destabilize the world. Regional politics will solve it's own problems over time, but international politics will cause more problems as time has proven over and over again.

and I also TOLD you that I am not defending ANYONE, I am just calling things as I see them. The CCP although with it's many faults is still needed for the economic advancement of China, political change should happen in accordance with to the stage of the country's development, or you will suffer the same tragedies as the USSR when it collapsed. FLG is contributing nothing but the destabilization of China and it is convenient that it's based in the US.

@saint666 Look at what your CCP is doing to your people: watch?v=YC7XjXQVDiA
That is what you want for your people? This is your so called stability and development? The great china that the CCP built? Mainlanders got used to the CCP thats why they are afraid to disagree with it.

Falun Gong does nothing but hand out flyers to people and tell them about the brutal persecution they are suffering. Oh wow, what a huge threat, you should really fear them! they truly are destabilizing the CCP!

There is still a lot of reform and improvements for the government to undertake. But I rather that process be slot and gradual than instant and unstable. Corruption and Police brutality is a reality in all governments. India for example is a "Democracy" but the corruption and police brutality against the untouchables is well known along with it's incompetence. Even America is filled with cases of police brutality and corruption.I hope that all government improve for their people's sake.

all government's have room for improvements, some more than others. reformation and improvement an existing government is preferable to a complete collapse and reconstruction of a new government. The collapse of a government is almost always followed by a civil war and that's not good. Afghanistan and Iraq for example, their governments were not great before but the lawless state that the countries are in right now is 10x worse off. Stability is necessary for a society of any form to function.
