Kung Fu technique: Lazy Gardener, i.e., chop and drop, mulch everything, let things grow wild, thin instead of transplant, live and let live, work smart not hard. Oh, and always garden with a cold beer in hand. lol.
Peace :-)

@Tikmondo Well every action has a reaction the key is for the reaction to be less harmfull the action. So while yes till the earth does get disturbed it also gives life supporting nurishment. Sort of like yer the woman stomach does get disturbed but she puts out a life. The earth is like our mother and we shoiuld give it all the respect and love we do our own mothers!

It's very easy to pontificate about methods and techniques from the comfort of a fossil fuel powered home, whilst eating supermarket food. Despite the inclination of many towards dogma, Permaculture simply doesn't fit into that box. Ultimately Anatoly & family are living off grid and growing their own food, thats what Permaculture is REALLY about, regardless of the methods. I did notice Anatoly using a rotary cultivator, which is neither a plow (whatever that is) nor a plough for that matter.

Thanks for posting the core principles of Permaculture, which clearly supports the point of working with nature and not against it. when you plow and disturb the soil you are clearly working against nature. also can you point out in this video where they are using a permacutlure technique/methodology.
