the main intention of this youtube-account is to feature mixes and tracks somewhere between deep house, minimal house, minimal techno and "detroit".

well, it's sometimes hard to categorize and some tracks won't fit into that pattern at all. let's eclecticize a bit. anyway, it's music that i would like to share with others. constructive comments are highly appreciated!

yep, i can only second that! it is so much more alive than a cd, it sounds so much better. it looks and smells great, you can touch it and feel its warmth, and (maybe most fascinating, at least to me): you can just watch it spinning and hardly get bored...

I am all for technological advances such as downloading 100's of songs into a matchbox size medium. Yet, there is something tangible about vinyl LP, which needs to be taken care off, cleaned on regular bases and cherished. Every one LP is unique in it's own way, unlike digital CD or DVD which I still hold in high esteem. Let us not forget, in the early times any LP was only able to hold 45 to 55 minutes of music, oppose to 80 on CD.
