  • It's interesting that they look like they're feeding, but they're not eating foliage. Is there something they like to eat on the vine stems? They also look like they could be spinning silk, possibly in preparation for pupation. Hard to tell! :-)

  • Actually they are eating the stem that is wrapped around a string (they already cleared all the foliage and are trying to get to the pupal stage on the remaining resource).
