how often do you wash teh hair extensions if you wear them every day for school?

i just got them sunday, tehy are 100% human hair straight dark brown clip on hair extensions i got from sallys, how long would they last? & is it okay if i wash them with pantene? and can i use schwarzkopf by got2b smooth operator lotion on my hair extensions?

@SoapyAndSunshine I don't wear them everyday but i would wash them when they seem to get slightly oily from either wearthing them in my own hair. It really depends on how much you wear them. So i'd just say every 6 times you wear them, wash them lol

I wanted to know if you could wash your extensions wrong. I've washed mine twice and every time I wash them they become sticky and it takes them a whole day to dry into a big bushy mess that's super tangled. Is this normal? Could it be my shampoo and conditioner? And my extensions already have horrible split ends and I haven't done much to them :( any thoughts and suggestions?

@Miki810 Are you putting any kind of moisturizer in them afterward? You may be putting too much or just trey switching your conditioner.

@xoxoamirtha omg so true! It frustrated me so much I had to stop the video. In Australia we are in a drought and have strict water restrictions. We can't water our gardens or wash our cars and this girl is just letting it all run down the sink. Not hating though :) Peace n love n all that junk :D

You can wear them everyday&only wash them when absolutely necessary!(: your extensions will last for a long time just minimize the heat you use on the hair and gently brush them so you don't get a lot of fallout!(: hope this helped!

hey, um is it bad to wear your hair extensions every day to school? Like, should i wear them 3-4 days then leave them out the 5th or could i wear them every day and wash them on the weekend? please reply, i just got my hair extensions and i don't want to ruin them and have my money go to waste. because i did so many chores to get enough money for them. thanks. oh and great video btw. :)
