The Sugar Monkey Peach Tart Ingredients
Store-bought puff pastry
½ cup of sugar
1 ¼ cup of almond flour (Jennifers tip is to buy this ready-made from a store such as Greenwise)
4oz butter (try Publix brand butter to save money without skimping on quality)
3 eggs (Jennifer suggest using good quality organic eggs)
3-4 semi-hard peaches
1 tbsp butter melted for glazing
1 tbsp sugar for sprinkling
