  • GOOD FOR YOU! I firmly believe that people who don't want to see breastfeeding in public should look the other way. No one is forcing them to stare.

  • The bus driver was acting a fool and should be named, shamed, and FIRED! I am very sorry this happened to you. Land of the free, my ass.

  • Good job! Love how you even told the bus driver "I'll quote you laws is you want." I wish all people were as unashamed as you are over something so natural. I actually wrote a college paper based on your experience and Michigan law called "why are you offended by my baby's lunch?" Even though the teacher (a guy) seemed embarrased by it, he gave me an A and it won a prize for writing at my school! You ARE making a difference in the world, be proud of yourself!

  • breastfeeding is NEVER indecent and is PROTECTED BY LAWS in most states, INCLUDING MICHIGAN. i hope this and all bus drivers in the area were properly educated on this fact.i am SO PROUD of you for knowing your rights and standing your ground, while somehow managing to remain calm!

  • Great job! Way to stand your ground on your rights as a BF mom!

  • You are awesome! Thank you for standing your ground!! This was just a power-hungry worker looking to assert control over a situation where she could have just kept driving. No one has a right to say breastfeeding moms have to stay at home. Well done!

  • thats ashame! ur baby is beautiful!!

  • Their needs to be more women like yourself who stand up for themselves when it comes to breastfeeding. It's so sad to see moms go into bathroom stalls to nurse because of what people would say. Nobody has ever said anything to me, but I have gotten lots of horrible looks.

  • You are right on!! An also I want to say I am very impressed with a young woman so articulate and involved in standing up for your rights and the rights of your children. I also applaud your refusal to defend how you were "dressed".

  • Way to stick to your guns!!!!!! :D

Couldn't be more proud of a breastfeeding momma!

  • I love your stuborn attitude that carried you through that! You did great!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 8:03. yeppppppppp!
