@jakesaintsrow123, the toyota previa and GM's minivans were worse.

My family has a '98 Windstar and it is kind of mine now (because I am the only person who drives it under normal circumstances). It seems like once every couple of months it goes through a phase where it stalls out after a warm start. I think it's time to trade it in and get something new.

My aunt still has her 95 Windstar LX. It runs great and it currently has 180,000 miles. It only has some scratched paint on the front bumper but any thing else is in great shape. Maybe she´s lucky to have gotten a good product

YES! Windstars were HORRIBLE! Aerostars were Better!

Had a 2000 Ford Windstar that was the second worst vehicle we've owned. It had 32,000 miles and leaked, and leaked, and leaked some more. The steering rack failed and it had electrical glitches galore. The spring seats also rubbed against the strut towers and the back window motors never worked right. Ford denied everything and the dealer told me not to take it to a car wash. It finally burned to the ground because of an electrical problem. Ford couldn't make a decent minivan to save their butt

We had one of these, one of the worst cars we've ever driven. The transmission broke, the speedometer wasn't working, gas leaked, etc. '07 Sienna on the other hand, best car we've driven

Aerostars are even more ancient.
My parents owned this exact same Windstar. They bought it special and got in 2 weeks before they hit dealerships! IT WAS AN AMAZING VAN!
