@LOVING2PUNK These are feeder baby mice (pinkies) sold at pet stores. When corn snakes are babies.. you feed them something just as small like the pinkies.

@mssneakerlover I only have two snakes which isn't enough to breed my own mice. I buy the mice at a nearby pet store.

@brandontboxer10 best option is to stop by a local smaller pet store that sells reptiles. They will usually sell pinkies, fuzzies, and hopper mice.

@thefishkeeper You can feed him for awhile. It will help him grow faster. I did that with Leeroy. After the first pinky wait a few minutes then feed the second one.

I feed my first baby cornsnake that is about 4-5 months 1 frozen pinkie a week, is that good? i've been thinking of switching to 2 pinkies a week, but i'm afraid that it will get sick or something, could u check out my cornsnake habitat, and the cornsnake's feeding videos on my channel, my cornsnake strikes alot btw, it even strangled one frozen pinkie whit he's body then ate it like he should.. but havn't fed him a live pinkie yet:/

1 pinkie a week is fine. I used to feed him 2 pinkies a week when he was 5months old because he was so tiny. Just be careful not to overfeed... snakes can get fat too. If his body is too bulgy all the time, then slow down the feeding or limit the amount.
When Leeroy was 5 months he was still learning to constrict as well. He would strike but.. it took him time to wrap and choke. He's a pro now =). Feeding him 2 pinkies a week might have helped since it gave him more practice.
