  • WHAT are you talking about? this is tahitian.. dances sometimes evolve too. everyone has their unique style of projecting creativity...and this girl is TAHITIAN. no need to look down upon. she did very well with much grace and beauty. and btw, it wasn't even close to a strip dance! What matters is how much mana she possesses in her art. still, tradition is key. but it doesn't mean that no one is free to let their mind flow with expression

  • Wow she's really good, her dancing was strong and graceful

  • Well, this is a real tahitian dancer in Tahiti with true Tahitian moves. For those who says it's not Tahitian, then wad is it? Who knows it better than them? Huh? She's a great and a very beautiful dancer with graceful movements. Unlike here in the U.S., we r trying to copy them and criticize them with their own culture? NAH! THEY KNOW BETTER

than us here in the U.S. Many girls here in the US are really good in farapu, but as graceful, not really. MAHALO!

  • @iLaNdGuRLL I agree:D Some would maybe call this vulgar or to modern, but I'd say it's the opposite, the thing w the Ori in the US, it has been too Americanized for competition use, so what they call modern, is how our ancestors used to dance, bc they danced more freely, and more creatively than today, bc they told a story! They didn't have any written alphabet, so when they danced, it was all said through dance, and no words:D NATURAL!

  • @sicknez999 still the rule is when fa'arapu (ami) in place ur feet and legs should be closed...when feet apart, it's mostly on toes....it's not seen as pretty do dance like u got poop between ur legs:D

  • your faarapus are amazing

  • One of the best solos :)

  • Dont be closed minded when u go to a host culture, just enjoy. Dont compare it to your american culture. She not a stripper

  • She's good, and so am i.. im not even Tahitian, but i watch N learn.. i quess my hip's flexible so im LUCKY...lol. :)

  • i like how in Tahiti, when they do amis and such, they have there legs apart, just like when it was like first made by like a wild tribe or something like that. There is only a few people who do that now in America, which is sad sorta. :/ I'VE BEEN TO TAHITI AND ITS FRIGGIN AWESOME!!!!!

  • THE BEGINNING WAS STRIPPER'ISHH WHEN SHE WAS LAYIN D0WN 0N THE LAVA LAVA ... L0L ... 0THER THAN THAT SHEz G00D .

  • @baysiderecording your a JEALOUS IDIOT BITCH!!!! I seen ur pic ur ugly too!! This is REAL TAHITIAN FROM TAHITI BITCH..... ur a joke.
