The government of Southern Sudan has issued a protest note to Nairobi, accusing Labour Minister John Munyes of spying on it on behalf of the Khartoum government. The Juba regime claimed President Omar Al Bashir's government had bought Munyes a 7 seater Cessna plane and a host of other properties in Nairobi, a claim that Munyes denies. Munyes says he bought the aircraft through a loan from the Kenya Commercial Bank and that he was ready to resign if the claims were proved to be true.
One of these days Kenya will have to man up and flex some muscle to stop all this bullying! Such a shame that after all Kenya has done for the south sudanese, they turn around and start this nonsense...
Kenya has played nice for too long, and its about time it exerted itself, militarily and otherwise...

This is what you call dirty politics. we all now GOSS of South Sudan supported ODM Raila and they are very close. Munyes and Raila differ over various issues at Labour Ministry. what has so far Munyes spied for at Turkana with his small plane? Give us a break. there is no issue of spying here. this is utter rubbish!

This is a red herring Munyes is the only one it seems who cares enough about this issue, the real issue is not espionage, but rather why is Kenya being bullied across all of its borders, from migingo island to turkana..
