This 11 second clip can only help the stakeholders behind it. Let's pretend this video gets millions of views -- YouTube would put ads on it, they would keep some of the cash, and the copyright holder / royalty payees would get their own slices. Media from 17 years ago is being revisited, in no way that could be seen as recreating or circumventing the owner's copyright, and in a way that could only be positive and beneficial to everyone involved. Problem, officer?
