  • @lakersRock2456 HA! Not long, but you can get a Floppy simulated adapter for MS, Memory Stick. The vids are 5 seconds for floppies at least. The formatting is done on the camera, if you store JPG on a diskette using your PC and MSDOS, it won't work that way.

  • I have an 3.5 inch floppy disk adapter for my Sony MaViCa cameras. That adapter holds a Sony Memory Stick inside. So you can take a picture and the camera stores it directly on that Memory Stick. ;)

I use a 16 MB Memory Stick, but afaik it can handle up to 256 MB Memory Sticks. But I´d never tested this.

BTW: I have a Sony Mavica FD5 and an FD90.....both run with 3.5 inch floppy disks. ;)

  • hey i have 2 of those

  • cool, i just did a 3 part review of my sony fd maica

  • how long r the videos

  • Default resolution got me 25 pictures to a floppy. Higher resolution got about 6 photos. There is a floppy adapter that allows the camera to write to a memory stick but sellers want to charge $100+ like its a hard to find thing made of gold or something.

  • I have an FD77 and bought mine new about 10 years ago for close to $900 - thank gosh for credit cards. It still works but things to note - Li-ion batteries go dead quickly in the Nebraska cold and when it gets hot (95 or higher) the camera begins to fail to write to the floppy. I like digital because I can delete any photo I don't want. No more paying to have film developed.

  • There are oldies but goodies! I call it a workhorse. Never been disappointed with it's performance.

  • can you tell me how to make recordings plz message me

  • longer**
