Thank you to Mychaylo Prystupa's documentary for this fascinating account of Yi-Jia Hou's journey from talented child (with short fingers) to world-class virtuoso violinist. She has the grace and thoughtfulness to credit her father with giving her the work ethic, or strict discipline to arrive at the top. What an extraordinary couple, this father and his daughter.
