    It's full fat ricotta! I never use low fat (unless I buy the wrong one by mistake)

    Yum! I've never had ricotta cheese, so will give it a try. Lentils looks yummy too. Trying to eat healthier, and I like how simple so many of your recipes are.

    You can get low fat ricotta. I typically use it in my cooking.
