@RenateWinx hi! yeah, iron wire for the structure, then use crinoline and satin ribbon to cover the wire.

in the back use forex to attack the wings and bra straps

OMG I want those costumes so BAD! But did the girl who played Bloom ever actually make the Enchantix costume at ALL (like did she have time afterwards) because those costumes are very pretty.
