What Phone do you recommend for Under 120$'s Used like from eBay, regardless of carrier? I only need it like an iPod so I wont activate it. But I'm looking for something that takes HD Video/picture.... Because my DroidA855 Camera gets very dark/dim in Low light and also with Too much Light, making it impossible to record unless you have perfect lighting.

this camera sux.. the galaxy s camera which is only 5 MP looks MUCH MUCH better.. and video in 720p on my fone lags sometimes
