@gilliamjf -- The Lounge has a partial view, while the Observatory is the full 360 degree view with NOTHING between you and a view, a FREE multimedia tour, the city's only open-air SkyWalk, and the city's highest cafe bar!

Go to the Signature Lounge, get a Coke and experience the view while avoiding the admission fee for the observation deck only a few stories up.
