Born a highlander, lived and adopted Central as my home but being away from the country for almost 5 years and listening to this music brings the aura of nostalgia. I miss home. Thanks for the post.

Great music, But, this is not from biak, I come from the neighboring Island which is Serui, and this is not the language we use there, the type of music are also different,,,
Still as long as it is a pacifican beat, I am happy with it,,,

Biak is outlier island in west papua, and the biaknese have the same face like people in this vid! actually austronesian west papuan have many similarities with other austronesian across the the pacific ocean, but they're rarely exposed in media.
