@blktenor Background singers in the video are Joyce Vincent and Pamela Vincent of Dawn. Pam was the member you didn't see on the TV series but she sang on and arranged the background vocals for all the hits.  They are joined on Pattie's song by Scherrie Payne and Pattie herself.
