    I tried reading the novel, but I had a hard time given the sexual undertones.. what I liked about this version was that most of those unpleasant lines gave way to imagination. Sue Lyon, James Mason, Shelley Winters and Peter Sellers are a great cast. Thank you Mr. Kubrick.
