Lol, I don't know why, but i could totally see you making a strobing workout video. I think it was all the and double time now, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8. like in billy blanks tae bo videos. Maybe you should make a strobing workout video, could make some money...

Strobing is a series of Dimestops and Ticking is a series of quick, short Hits. For beginners, I recommend learning to Dimestop and learning to Hit before they start Strobing and Ticking respectively so that they can get a feel for both.

stobing are fast dime stops and dnt tense ur muscle to much man i can see it was forced looks like tickin at some parts! and strobing is really dimestops followed by another dime stop u dnt have to make it all fast like u would tick look at FLATTOP now he can strobe is life away lol

Strobing isn't ticking though. Strobing is dimestopping fast. Ticking is hitting fast. Ticking you get little explosive motions through your movements. Strobing you don't.

well, how do u hit ur leg hen it's in midair and it's bent though? that's what i meant

I don't. But I guess you could flex it if you have the patience to practice slowly at first.

You flex it. The same way you hit it while on the ground. Either you can snap your knee back or flex it forward.
