  • This Best Buy video is a great example of why so many in business are saying that 2010 is the "Year of Mobile" Mobile offers an unprecedented level of interaction between a business & its customers. However along with this great power of anywhere anytime personal connections, comes an equally important & high bar of business responsibility. Will we always conduct our mobile marketing & be 100% worthy of client trust ? If Yes, then 2010 will be the year of mobile @KFOM

  • I love working for Best Buy Mobile!!!

  • This is a great example of the new and most affective to market a business. I have my own mobile biz card. Just text DeanB to 90210 to see it . Evey business should be use this for their business, just like Best Buy is doing.

  • There is definite disconnect between Best Buy Corporate and Best Buy Retail. Yes, there's a difference. There's no consistency of sales training or even proper courtesy. The impression I often get is, "These are teenagers who are here for 3 mo and want to get out of here ASAP."

I had a salesman answer a cell phone while I was talking to him. That's just rude. Commissioned salespeople at least PRETEND to care!

BB might have a cutting edge corporate structure, but their retail is old fashioned.
