There is so much more to what we eat than the constitution of of each food. The way in which we combine our meals is of the utmost importance in terms of our bodies ability to use those foods. Improper food combining can be responsible for a large amount of so called deficiencies, disorders, and dietary pitfalls.
The average "raw" diet is ill combined and leads to many of the same degenerative disorders as a cooked food diet. Food combination is simple if you eat simply.
