Aer Lingus flight #109 from Dublin to New York JFK on the 30th of December 2008 on an Airbus A330-200 (EI-EWR)
Less than 2 hours later we were back to Dublin due to an issue with one of the artificial horizon.

  • @eddied665 because of the jetstream

  • i always get butterflys when it is about to go airborne

  • I'm soon out flying :) Can't wait, next flight will be OSL-MUC, after will be OSL-LHR-JFK-CLT :) Can't wait. I love early morning departures.

  • For BrithishBoy1993, it takes about 6 hours. I actually flew from Dublin - Boston in only 6 in a half hours.

  • wat do you mean 2hrs later you were back in dublin wat was the problem

  • Dublin to New York is 7:30 hrs

New York to Dublin is 6:00 hrs

  • An a332 is an a330. It is one of 2 types of a330s: the a332 and the a333

  • A332 is a shorter way of saying A330-200. Like the shortened way of saying 747-400 is 744.

  • How long takes a flight from Dublin to JFK.????

  • A332 is essentially a short way to say A330-200. A333 would be A330-300 if you get me. It's much the same with Boeing. A 757-200 would be 752.
