The last few days we have been talking about static stretching which is great for increasing flexibility and reducing stress. Today we touch on the benefits of using dynamic stretching prior to your workout to get your muscles warmed-up in their lengthened positions. Nicole demonstrates two dynamic stretches today: the inchworm, and a runner's lunge to a hamstring hip lift.
